Bank Transfer / Direct Deposit
You can make your payment by Direct Deposit/Phone Banking/Internet Banking to NAB Bank account. Direct deposit payments must be referenced to the order number otherwise a processing delay could occur. We will not be held responsible for any delays incurred as a result of errors or lack of detail in the payment. Please be aware that if you are making a direct deposit payment using Internet banking from a bank other than NAB, it may take up to 48 hours to show up in our account. We do not ship orders out until payment is fully confirmed as ‘cleared’ in our account.
Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard)
Credit card payments are processed in real-time by 128-bit encrypted SSL secure server via payment gateway (eWay) with immediate clearance. We do not store your credit card details on record, none of our staff have access to the credit card details during or after online transaction. A handling fee of 2% applies to a Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard) payments.
Credit Card (American Express)
Credit card payments are processed in real-time by 128-bit encrypted SSL secure server via payment gateway (eWay) with immediate clearance. We do not store your credit card details on record, none of our staff have access to the credit card details during or after online transaction. A handling fee of 4.8% applies to a Credit Card (American Express) payments.
PayPal
We accept payments via PayPal. This payment option is available during check out on the Payment Method page along with eWay payment method. By clicking the “Checkout with PayPal” button, you will be directed to the PayPal Web site to finalise your payment. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make use of this option. PayPal will also allow you to pay using a credit card. After authorising the payment, you will be returned back to our store to finalise your order. A handling fee of 2.7% applies to this payment type.
Cheque
Unfortunately, Cheque payments are not accepted unless prior arrangements have been made. Cheque payment funds must clear before ordering.
Purchase orders
We accept Purchase Orders (PO) from Government Departments, Schools, Colleges and Universities located in Australia. Please note we can only accept official Department of Education and Training or governmental purchase order numbers that are legibly signed and include the following information: Purchase Order number; Complete bill-to and ship-to addresses (this includes email address of person(s) that will need to receive the product; Purchasing agent’s (or buyer’s) signature and contact phone number; Complete description of the product being ordered, including model number and correct online price).
